Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns:

Proof of Purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at DriscollWard413@outlook.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping fees will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
